OMG not the extra weight of an XE....

A 1600 with aircon etc is heavier.

i'll add one.

I have once pulled from a e46 m3 up a hill from 40 to 110 in my corsa xe, FACT. I rekon i was just in the right gear and the m3 just floored it in auto mode from a high gear. The bloke wound the window down after it and was gob smacked quote "what the fucking hell you done to that I was flat to the floor!"

But my friend has an e46 m3 and from driving it I know it would kill my xe all day long so I guess the m3 I played with just wasn't ready for it.

The thing I find with redtop corsa's is people don't expect them to be that quick when they see a corsa coming down the road. So they perhaps don't try as hard then get a shock when a little corsa is 'keeping up' with their car.

My xe is not standard either btw

I've up set a S2000, he saw the 1.2 badges on the back so pulled over to another lane, he botted it off so thought sod it, caught him up then past him

He wound his window down and said that ain't a 1.2 I just

He then started reving his engine like a knob, when the lights changed I did him again.

At the next set he said, you've got nitros on it

He then tried it on again, so I wasted him yet again
