Yeah true but then you've done bits to yours haven't you? Plus you're stripped out that accounts for alot against a 1500kg car lol

Like Eck said if we'd been rolling then I would have got past you alot easier lol but it takes it's time getting it's big lard arse moving :-)

Yours is a good example of how good they can be once played with

Yea true mine has had stuff done. Lol. It does surprise alot of people

You'll beat a bugeye Impreza WRX in an XE Nick.

Motorway and straight roads anyway

Nice edit For the record, you'll keep up with a standard bugeye but throw a few hundred quid at it and it will mop you up and down the road.

Loved mine was a lot of fun and did keep with VXR's/ST's up to certain speeds but then they would start to pull away.

Try and get one with an LSD if you can makes a huge difference to cornering ability.

Rather than rely on tales of who scalped what, drive one and see what you think.

I was on track with a stripped out, C20XE'd Nova last year. Passed and pulled away from it.

That was in my 320Cd knowing I had to drive it to work the next day and with a passenger.

There's always gonna be someone whose "beaten" something. Just try it for yourself and see if its got any grin factor.

Well said.

Plus sometimes a car that's slower but more rewarding is a much better than a car that's just fast in a straight line.
