The skirts I have are smoke grey

Anyways, new wipers:

Some GSI bits, still need the seats, rear beam, and front arb from it.

How it was looking before its new bumper:

Hopefully getting the welding done soon, still need to get the engine out of the GSI first. Wheels should be back tomorrow, new tyres & balanced.

Now have all the black plastics, rear seats, and door cards in the car, waiting to be fitted. Also got a near new center section for it, and my old backbox again, if I cant find an oval one.

GSI kit spraying is confirmed for Saturday.

Still need to strip more off the GSI, so this is on hold atm. Hopefully get the rear beam fitted soon, meaning new brakes on the rear. Then its just welding, front brakes then re-fit everything

Big update...... Welding

Cross-member is welded on, and coated in galvinising paint.

Lovely

Then then ball-joints & track-rod ends went on, fuck me the track rod ends were a cuuuuunt. Just waiting on a few bolts for the tie-bars from autovaux, then its all good.

Then I stripped down my GSI bumper, then stuck it in the back of the cicka, getting sprayed along with the sideskirts & bonnet at the weekend

Also, my wheels are back, balanced

Not much else to do now, front end of the car will be finished soon, just the brakes to do, ie lines, hoses, fit the calipers, disks & pads.

Then its rear beam off, weld the rear, GSI beam on.

Exhaust on

Then off to my brothers work, where its getting fully wax-oiled, and the tracking getting done.

Then MOT.

Yay
