rite...... lol
When the engine is cold, it runs alright and sounds like new, but when it gets warm it runs like shoot, sounds like its gone onto a cylinder or 2, up n down with the revs and like its gonna cut out, if you unplug the CTS and plug one in which is in the air so it is cold it runs (well ticks over) ok but quick response on the accelerator causes a splutter but then again its thinkin its freezing so can understand that, but as soon as its plugged back into the warm one in the engine its lumpy again.
I have changed:
-CTS
-tried another AFM
-lambda - tried 2 now GM and a universal one
-my ecu is chipped so thought it might be that so tried a standard one
-throttle position sensor
-ICV
-spark plugs
-ignition pack
-plug leads
-There is no reading when i did the paper clip test so im pretty much out of ideas now, sprayed wd40 around all the breather pipes see if it revved up or dies when i did it and looked for airleaks with bubbles etc and nothing.
The engine spec is:
Mantzel, chipped ecu, cams, stage 2 head, lightened and balanced bottom end, polished and ported, piper-x filter, forged pistons. Think the engines got around 30k on it, bought the engine already done so im not sure about it really.
