My missus' old boss sold up his pub and set up Wincle Brewery in the Peak District and he's got some fantastic beers on - I'd highly recommend Wibbly Wallaby.

We're making up a custom blend for our wedding with him so going up to spend a day mixing different beers should be a good day out!

One of my pals was telling me there's a place in Bristol that does it, but they only sell it in shot glasses.

I wanna buy a few bottles.

Seems it is no longer available. Few places list it as £40 a bottle and out of stock.

I checked the other day Gaz and they don't seem to list it any more

None on Amazon or ebay.

No joy with generic searching on net either.

Don't blend beers, give him some ideas of what you want and if he has a 100 litre kit he could knock two 9 gallon casks up (9 gallons = 72 pints) with a little bit spare just remember a cask needs 12-24 hours for the finings to settle and mustn't be disturbed once racked/stood or the beer will come out cloudy and you might taste the fininigs slightly (some finings aren't suitable for vegetarians/vegans due to them being swim bladder from fish or gelatin)

You'll get a better beer doing it from scratch but it might cost you a few quid, generally over 100kgs of grain goes into one brew and varying amount of hops depending on the beer, obviously that's for commercial brewing not a 100 litre kit.
