Yeah reset the trip computer yesterday to see what it came out at. Its normally 20 because of all the commute work raggas.

Just to clear things up for everyone; the wagon WILL be reclassified by VOSA as an M1 class motorcaravan. It's primary purpose is recreation. Currently the wagon sits in the N1 category of goods vehicles. The recently issued IVA Scheme does indeed state that the motorhome now comes under the title of M1 (Special Purpose Vehicle) as a passenger vehicle rather than a goods vehicle.
The vehicle will be built to these guidelines:

It WILL NOT carry 'goods' as defined by VOSA. It therefore does not need an operators license.
It will enjoy being demoted from a class VII MOT to a class IV (the same as your personal car)
If VOSA do deem it to be a 'goods' vehicle then we can class it as a 'mobile project vehicle' as it will only be attending shows.
It can also be driven by a person who passed their test after 1997 and who does not have C1 on their driving license.

2 Exempted goods vehicles
2.1 Holders of a full category B (car)
driving licence may drive any of

addition to the driver and carries

(ii) articles required for the
purposes of display or of an
exhibition, and the primary
purpose of which is used as
a recreational, educational
or instructional facility when
stationary.
Drivers must be aged 21 and have held a
category B licence for at least 2 years. A
mobile project vehicle may only be driven
on behalf of a non-commercial body.
However, drivers who passed their car test
before 1 January 1997 are not subject to
these conditions.

no i dint pluck figures out of thin air but argos in scunthorpe run maybe 50 vehicles, changing king pins once a year maybe 2 on each vehicle you soon learn the common faults and the prices for cvs ( their vehicle leasers) i worked on soley dafs for over 4 years. but dont forget i was including labour, its 3 hours a side as the bushes what hold them in place are an arsehole to fit.

have you done them ona lf before, no matter how u fit thr bushes they will need emerying down, pin lubing knockin in n out, emerying again n so on and so forth. while there out the w/brgs have to be replaced n bok time is 3.80 hour per side

Saturdays job - fit the door.
Sunday - back doors off, spin the box, fit the pod and cheeks.
Ian got nervous many times today.

Door had to go in first so we could get in after the swap.
If you mean why is it in that location, it's near side so you can use it on a highway and its at the back because the patio doors are going are the front.
That will be next to the kitchen as well so we've ventilation / fire escape type of arrangement during hardcore hamburger fests.
