place in neutral, loosen the linkage, remove the gearstick boot inside, put a 6in nail in the two holes toward the right hand side of the gearstick once there lined up, then on the gearbox there is another lining up thing on the selector housing, push that in once you've found alignment, then tighten it all up! ... but first get a haynes bible! lol
