Arent the ECU's in a funny place on the 1.2 16v's? I know the Powersteering ECU is in the footwell, but not sure if the engine ECU is there too?

engine ECU is bolted onto the back of the engine, in the engine bay itself

wiring in a 1.216v is much harder than on other models due to the position of the ecu. All my wires have been joined in the engine bay none in the footwell.

alright mate...

the speedo u need a round type from a 1.6 corsa, and also a bit of the loom back on the plug.

u then swap the colour for colour on your old plug and screwe the sender into the f20.

the rev counter wire is green in the footwell from the xe loom....

u need to T it into the green wire which goes into the powersteering ecu in the footwell.

think its a blue/red wire or other way round that is for the fuel pump, run a wire across the dash into the output of the usual corsa fuel pump relay and remove the relay.

u then have an eml wire which i think is brown/blue... run this into the back of the clocks ( u will need 2 look in corsa wiring diagram for what colour the eml wire from the back of clocks is) think its the same.

u will need 2 also run the blue i think it is from the xe loom too the blue in the dials for the coolant temp sensor.

there is then a single black plug on the xe loom in the engine bay, has 1 black wire going into it.... u need to run an ignition live to this...

i think this is all correct, if in doubt use wiring diagrams to check colours etc...
