Insignia is 5x120 too so genuine won't fit right on.

Those bbs will be available in 5x112 so just need wobble bolts.

Never liked the sound of wobble bolts lol may give them s whirl

Seen loads of sets I like in 5x112 and there cheaper than the sets in 5x110 too,

Standard offset is et43

What offset did you go for on yours then? Or use spacers? The 5x112 PCD sets have offsets miles away from vaux figures

My old Vectra had wobble bolts for at least 10 years with no dramas.

My sisters Golf has an alloy that's been welded, and the weld has been left on, I.e not trimmed down smooth. Not sure why they would have done that? It's an R32 rim.

These are the ones I received;

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/19-BLACK-CH-MOTORSPORT-ALLOY-WHEELS-FITS-OPEL-ASTRA-G-COUPE-/271274385923?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3f2936a203

They say 5x110 - they aren't. They are 5x112. Definitely.
Mine are ET45. Size 8.5x19.
The included Fitting Kit is a set of Wobble Bolts, and the suitable Spigots.
They clear the Calipers without an issue. Though I used 5mm Spacers on the front, and 8mm on the rear, just for peace of mind.
IIRC, Jimbo here who had the LM reps oh his VXR Estate needed Spacers to clear his Calipers. I think he advised me to get some just in case...

I've not had any issues with the Wobble bolts atall - car has been on Track etc since they were fitted - they are only taking up a small amount going 110 - 112, so they are not on their limits atall.

I'll go down that route then if they are safe and if I decide to go aftermarket, still undecided as I do really like the standard ones

No reason other than that's just the way they have done it, probably just gone over the top of the crack though so will probs crack again.

So as I'm still undecided what to do about wheels I'm going back to the days of corsa ownership at the age of 17 and refurbing my silver wheel black to match the rest lol, the other 4 are genuine Arctic wheels off a Astra so are properly black but have s few light marks here and there so I'll see how I feel after the silver ones done I may give them a quick freshen up too!

180 then 120 red scotch then grey scotch and masked off ready for a squirt of black in the morning, luckily the wheel was mint anyway bar a tiny bit of corrosion by the tyre valve

Finished my wheels last night fitted them this morning and gave it it's first wash (by me) since ownership the rest have been by the polish lads down the road haha. Really made up with how well my rattle can job came out on the wheels loads better than I thought such a high shine all the work paid off I probably spent around a hour and half rubbing each wheel by hand before painting!

My lowering springs should be here this week too

Anyway pics!

Cheers lads!

Johnny it is actually surprisingly fast for the size of it etc faster than I thought it would be ! I'd never driven one until I bought one just always wanted one lol, definately not slow as I'm not bored of it yet, power delivery is totally different to previous cars iv owned but definately quick ! The noise is awesome and the comfort etc is what I like. It's one of those cars where you don't realise how fast your actually going until you look at the speedo and think oh shit and ease off s bit lol
