Car is back from having the boot and bonnet done. And a full polish and wax. Looks bloody shiney now. Lol Thing is its all covered in excess polish dust and ive been advised not to clean it as the paint on the bonnets pretty fresh. Lol So sadly no pics now but every panel is straight and the boot hasent got any marks on it from the badge removal. I will clean it in the week and get some pics.

going to look good dude but id listen to them and not clean it because it can damage, scratch and leave marks on its that soft, we advise customers to leave it for a week so its fully cured

As you all asked soo nicely i got the demon shine out and gave it a wipe over and took some pics.

Look no rust. Lol

Boot now has paint where the badges were. Lol

Ignore the bootlock. I fucked sticking the Opel badge back on. Lol This is another bootlock i got off Luke that was painted already but got painted at the same time as the boot. I still have my unpainted one with Opel badge on it. I will more than likely put the unpainted one back on.
One more photo to show the shine.

I seriously cant believe i messed up that painted bootlock trying to stick the opel badge back on. There was no locating lugs on the badge so it was a case of trying to get glue onto the badge and stick it in the right place. Stuck more to my finger than the bloody bootlock. Haha Oh well the unpainted one will go back on for now. And im not sure sure if the painted one looks right without the bumper tops and archs colour coded anyway???

Yeah i have but ideally id want rid of the bump strips and just colour code the arch's, bumper tops and handles. But knowing my luck when the bumpstrips are removed the paint will come off like the bootlid. So that one thing is telling me not to do it. Lol I actually quite like the archs not painted but its a pain to keep them looking good.

Fully black cc looks too much to me, think it would look good if you did the bumper tops in a dark anthracite to contrast.

Fecking love this car makes me miss mine
