Totally wrong BUT - what will he be arrested for. If you said that to someones face in the pub - that alone would not be enough to get arrested (or charged)??

Our local police are on twitter. Those out on the beat use it quite a lot to tell you whats going on, asking for help etc. Very good use of social media.
You do then realise how much does go on when otherwise you would think its all fine.
