Dropped off every thread i've been reading too

If he is dead i'll give him a fairplay for living fast and passing away young without killing anybody else in the meantime.

It's a shame though, the longer you live the more you appreciate the life you have left. More shame he didn't get to the point where he realised that.

"To all Luke’s lovely friends, I have just cried my way through reading your messages; Luke our son, grandson & brother died a 16.03 today 13.06.2012. He died doing what he loved the most! Riding his bike! We don’t know the full details as yet. But what we know is the accident involved Luke only!
We have visited Luke in hospital on many occasions over the years, but this time was to say goodbye.
Love you forever xxx"

No matter whether or not he pissed anyone off, and all his friends know that's exactly what he was like, there is a time and a place to comment like some people have, this is neither of them.

RIP

As said before none of us are perfect and we've all done things were not proud of.
We've all driven like a knob from time to time or annoyed somebody, but nobody deserves to die at that age wether it was a complete accident or by sillyness he was just a young lad. Thoughts go out to his friends and family. RIP

The only good that can from this is that he died doing what he loved doing!

Guess he will be loving the fact he's winding CS up and he's not even here.

Devastating for everyone that's close to him and being so young.

Was ever a fan of the lad.

But loosing a close friend is the hardest thing in the world and have witnessed it first hand earlier this year, thoughts are with his friends and family.

People need to think on here, the Lad was a cocky nobhead not a murderer, rapist etc...

disagree he could easily have killed innocent people, the driving with no brakes at silly speeds with young girls in the car is the perfect public example of that, i shudder to think what else went on behind the scenes.

the we have all done stupid things argument doesnt wash with me also, these antics arent oh im going to be a bit naughty and see how fast my car can go on an empty motorway late at night, they are to put it frankly, outright dangerous not only to himself but innocent bystanders

he was using public roads as his arena to excercise his desire for thrills

again thats not saying he deserved to die, lets also not forget he didnt actually end up harming anyone in the end, wether that be more by luck then judgement noone will know, but i fail to sit here and see how people can feel that hes somehow been dealt a hard hand and poorest of luck, it was always coming and he was warned many many times

I never met Luke but it is a tragic waste of life. RIP.

Regardless of what people thought of him is it so hard to show the dead some respect?

I think one comment on BCF sum it up for me - indifference.

Do I think he deserved to die? Definitely not.
Was it brought upon himself? Probably.
Was much of the internet chat made up for shits and giggles? More than likely.

RIP Luke. Feel for the family who this has been brought upon.

i used to think most of it was trolling, sometimes even hoped it was, however i saw too much 3rd party stuff to verify most of it was true wether that be pics, or replies by others on fb that verified his stories.

He didn't deserve it but he must have known as well as anyone that one day his luck was going to run out. Just glad he didn't take anyone else's life with him.

We don't do stupid things expecting to die, I'm sure he knew he was taking risks but was a thrill seeker.
He was wrong to be doing it on public roads but he's paid the price and as you say luckily nobody else was involved.

It's distasteful to be banging on about it though. Use this thread to pay your respects or don't post at all!
