You earn respect whilst you are alive.

You do not suddenly get it just because you are dead.

Surely the kicking off morons that did not even know him can comprehend the above

Yes but it's not like they are visiting his local church and writing in his book of condolences.

I think people are entitled to their opinions and most appear to be valid and objective.

CS users are not acting like some of the people on that bike forum. If you think our comments are disrespectful take a look at some of theirs.

I'm seeing both sides.

We all drive like twats occasionally. We wouldn't be car nuts if we didn't. All of us have got to a nice bit of twisty and thought we are Mansell/McRae/Hamilton etc etc.

Fuck, i'm 31, old enough to know better, drive a boring diesel A4 but still occasionally drive it like I stole it. Theres a time and aplace though obviously.

Yeah, Luke drove like a twat ALOT it seems and could have easily killed others with his antics, but at the same time the guy HAS died and his family and friends have lost him. More respect is due imo.

TBH he wasn't gonna slow down anytime soon. It was him or some innocent bystander. I'm glad the powers that be chose him.

What exactly are we supposed to say?

We are told a lad has died on the road who made a point of coming on here and other forums and his own facebook and regaling us with stories of where he put himself and others in mortal risk on public roads

Its not like we can give him a glowing tribute. We told him to sort himself out, he didnt - now hes dead .... Im not going to say RIP or show any real sympathy for someone who pushed the limits and seemed completely aware of the risks he was taking.

Just hope some of his silly friends who seem to applaud his behaviour get a kick up the arse from this and avoid putting there own loved ones through misery with their own selfish actions

yah it all seems quite fair, people are saying they feel sorry for those who have to deal with his loss personally which is quite right but at the end of the day he built up a certain persona on here and will forever be judged on it.

Fuck me you bunch of hard bastards.

I thought i'd keep my post respectful as I felt it wasnt the place to start slagging the guy off. But he was a complete cunt.

I've driven like a cunt many times hence why I didnt want to be a hypocrite. But I think he thought he was invincible, whereas I knew when enough was enough.

Steve and Dr Pepper have both hit the nail on the head with regards this lad.

My only sympathies go out to his family and friends who tried to tone down his behaviour.

Edit-ooopppsss!

It wasnt about thinking he was invincible, it was about him having ero consideration for anyone on the road even though he had been told time and time again.

I really hope his family do not read the things about him on the tinterweb as it must be a hard thing to see that your son was regarded as a complete fucktard and noone really give a fuck that hes gone

Some of you lot should go on Jeremy Kyle.

Just seen the link, so it is true then. Shame, he's put his family through a lot by all accounts. Poor lad, motorbikes are lethal in the wrong hands. RIP

Seeing as there was no one else involved and graham said he turned around to see where his mate was and hit a kerb, i struggle to see how it could be blamed on anything else?
