Hulu is defiantly worth installing. Just like icefilms but a bit better layout.

Also worth having incase ice goes down (did last night) or you get a bad copy film from them (as I did yesterday)

A-110 had slow menus, required running YAMJ on a computer to produce a decent inferface (Aeon for YAMJ and then to copy the contents over to the internal hard drive. Also meant I'd have to leave the laptop on downloading and then to copy over to the internal hard drive or external drive.

Acer Revo however, as it's a proper PC as apposed to a NMT, I run Windows 7 (that came pre-installed) with XBMC. I can then run sabnzbd, couch potato, sickbeard, jdownloader and the rest in the background with XBMC running over the top.

To be honest though, I usually find myself just looking through the directory of files and picking something to watch instead of running XBMC.

Just seen these are now £85 on Amazon. If they stay at that price I'm tempted to get one when at the same time as an iPhone

Those of you with XBMC on your ATV2's, do you have to do a nightly build update?

No, the XBMC plugin is just a gui for the Icefilms website. You can access it from any browser (although majority of the players are flash based) - http://www.icefilms.info

That's a new one to me as Couch Surfer is accessible from front row. Plus I was mearly pointing out that you don't need XBMC to use Icefilms.info.

I had a play with one in the Apple store today.

I use Cinexplayer on the iPad2 but this doesn't seem to support AirPlay to the Apple TV2.

If I were using the VLC streamer app could you AirPlay onto the ATV? Would it go full widescreen?

Also if you hack it to run XBMC can it still operate as a normal ATV?

Is jailbreaking it straight forward? I'm thinking of doing away with my sky multiroom sub and putting one of these in the spare room. I think I can use the Sky Go app on my phone to watch Sky Sports and I have another app that lets me watch freeview channels but I'd like to be able to watch American tv shows and movies. I have no experience jailbreaking or with XMBC/Icefilms etc.
