will you be holding auditions for filter boy? lol!!

not tempted to run a filter all the time? one less thing that can cause hassle?

If I remember right last time he had it mapped it even started to suck the filter through

took gearbox of today to rip the clutch out to upgrade the cover plate

and found some lovley engine oil in there

engine looks to be leaking from the sump to block and with the air passing under the car been blowing it in the gearbox and i think causing the clutch to slip , then decided to pull the bottom end out as im going to re seal it back up

look at the lovley colours on the clutch , think i might of done a few heavy launches on it

on a good note , the head is all done and ready to collect so will get that saturday morning , need to order my head gasket and some engine gaskets then re seal the sump next week and get the engine built back up

clutch is a helix 6 padel twin plate 7 1/2 inch , like said the filter last time was restricting it so dont really want to run one , as its not used on the road that shouldent be to much of a problem

re painted the block and cleaned out all the treads

few new gaskets

the choosen sealer to stop any oil leaks

and got the bottom end all back together and sealed up

gear box got a quick re paint

also managed to find a round face bearing for the release bearing as had been using the wrong one

also took the clutch to a clutch specialist to see of they can upgrade the cover plate to take more power but they said they cant on this one , but did notice that the plates were warped so they wernt claming fully on the plates so had to order 2 more, thats me £250 lighter for the 2 plates, just waiting for the headgasket to arrive then the head can go on and i can re fit the box to make sure the release bearing is spaced away enough ,

Is that an extinguisher system I spot on inner wing? What make you go for?
