Nope. Cheaper cast alloy Phillipino rip-offs of lightweight Japanese wheels.

I thought they were reals, hence why he hasn't replaced the knackered one?

Missed this first time around. Shock travel isn't the major issue. The roll centre will be to cock, geometry probably miles away, pivot radius looks massive, not ideal at all.

By the way he was talked about I'm assuming his dad's a big name in Regal? So I doubt he would launch into something like that without knowing what he was doing.

Sorry, I'm not caught up on the whole thing behind why Regal's reputation's in tatters. I just know that they're a relatively large tuning company that would probably be capable of moving a suspension turret up a bit without fucking up the car.

Problem being that if that's the only thing they've done to get it that low, funny things will be happening elsewhere, ie. the rest of the geometry - which depends on things being in certain places - will be out.

That isn't to say it's unsafe at all - the workmanship is obviously suitable as it's passed an MOT. I just can't see it handling very well with that geometry.

I rather liked this Golf when it was featured, silver with all the R32 kit still intact and the Rota's in that dark colour or whatever they where.
Yes it may have loads of power but good god that now looks awful IMO.

I see Regal seem to be going along with this J-Euro theme to as now they're selling Rota wheels in some VW fitments.

They may be selling Rota wheels cos loads of the VAG sheep are copying Stanton. There were loads of cars on rota's at edition38 this year.
