Nvm, day 3 done! Whats yoga like

Thats exactly how I felt after that workout for the first time, so ordered those bowflex ones and never looked back, so so so much better than having the individual weights that need to be screwed on to the bar, thats far too much messing about.

Its not as hard as Plyo imo, but its not easy.

good point

Im not a fan of this strawberry myprotien stuff. On the look out for something different now. Luckily my brother is doing this with me so its going twice as fast!

What recovery drink is everyone using, im just having a protein shake after but might want to look into recovery drinks.

My diet isnt completely how the nutrition guide says either.

Breakfast 9am: -
Cereal with skimmed milk
Protien shake (2 scoops of myprotien)
Cod liver
Multi Vitamins

Snack 11am
Fruit
Cereal bar
Meat (if i have got it sorted)

Lunch 1pm: -
Chicken and salad or noodles
Fruit

Snack 3:30pm: -
Fruit
Maybe some rice cakes

Pre work out
Nothing

Workout 6pm

Post Workout 7pm: -
Protien shake

Tea 8pm :-
Chicken
Pasta
Vegetables

Snack
More fruit

You should really be having a protein source about an hour or so prior to the workout. And after have the protein with something like a banana, you need to glucose spike to get the protein to your muscles quick.

Oh, and look in to having some sort of ceasin protein shake (I have Bodytronics midnight express). It'll stop your body being starved of protein during the night and begin to store fat and eat the muscles.

I would really like to try p90x but dont really have the space to do it. Have been doing ab ripper x and a couple of the workouts along side going the gym and eating plan. 6 pack is nearly there!
