I'm sticking to the diet though and am booked into the dentist on Friday, hopefully to sort it out.

tut tut, sounds as if somebodys not bringing it.. haha jokin mate, get well soon.

Pete that is a great loss The belly is always the last thing to go imo, will take a bit of work to really get the flab gone. I lost a load off mine during the 90 days but still have what Id consider to be plenty there which Im hoping to get rid of this second round.

Jacko, just wait until tomorrow and your plyo day - not only will your muscles be dead from today, but you'll do what I think is the worst work out of the lot (certainly at first anyway).

cheers cosmo, if that was a compliment. im not any of the drinks or anything.

My routine is (and you may laugh)

breakfast- fuck all
snack - free hot chocolate from vending machine at work
lunch - ham n cheese baguette, pint of milk, ready salted crisps
snack: free coffee
tea - still live with parents so get a good dinner as my dad was a chef
Later on - caramel wafer.

pretty much my diet for the last 30 days. Had one kebab but felt fucking awful, actually felt ill eating it and after it. I havnt drank any fizzy juice either, just water and the occasional diluting stuff.

Id love to see how you'd do if you took the diet side properly for the rest of it. It would out the first month to shame I think.

I wouldnt mind, but that isnt even a week of workouts by the sounds of it.

A month of something like that, with the daily workouts with him would be epic though. Would pay for that fosho.

Not that I'm a nutritional expert liek the others on here, but I'd suggest adding breakfast to your diet and see if it makes any differance.

Going to start running to try and get rid of my ring of fat (johnny cash joke here). Football tonight though so minimal weights mostly strongbow. I'll work doubly hard tomorrow, promise.

What the hell was that all about. Plyometrics, well, all i have got to say is damn you were right. That was horrible

Honestly hated it. Felt like shite all night after it. Grrrr. I am hoping 2moro will make me happier again. Cardio = Killer!

Only thing that will get rid of it is a proper diet.

Told you it was a killer. It does get easier though as you get fitter...although when that happens you can make sure you start jumping higher or further

1st Page i've read of this thread and wow, that diet is horrendous. If people actually took a few hours to read up they could save A LOT of time in the long run.

well im still breathing and looking and feeling a lot better just by exercising, as i have posted before, i do the exercises, not so much the diet as i dont feel the need too. Not wanting to be a p90x trainer, just want to be fitter, which i am.

and if you have something against caramel wafers then fuck

You will only get so far with the fitness if your diet is awful though, so you'll get to a stage where no matter what exercises you do you will not shift anymore weight.

Your gut especially.

If you feel that much better doing the exercises on that diet then think of the results doing the exercises AND eating a proper healthy balanced diet, especially considerings results consist of 80% diet, 20% exercise.

Well i woke up today feeling worse than yesterday! Could not stomach breakfast, not even the bloody protein shake or vitamins!

Had a mini box of cereal and managed a chicken sandwich on granary at lunch. Just had a cereal bar an apple and a shake and going to get on with day 3 in a min.

I think its just came as a shock to my body. I havent done exercise for a good 6 months at least. And the diet is like nothing i have done before. That and i am a fat bastard

I was heavier than you when I started, and still am tbh

I always found it would be worse after a day or two, so Weds always had me hurting because of the Monday Chest and Back. After you push through the pain barrier though you can get on with the shoulder and arms no probs.

You'll hurt less next week, and hardly at all in the 3rd week.

Well, that really wasnt as bad as i thought. I definatly need new weights though. They were ok for some, but for others i had to mix and match which was a pain in the ass!

Nvm, day 3 done! Whats yoga like
