i grew up as a takeaway kid.

7 weeks ago i jacked in fags and weed, and cut out ALL junk.

i now drink water only, loads of fish and veg, and go the gym at least 5 times a week.

i cannot recommend healthy lifestyles enough now, after 7 weeks healthy regime, after 25 years of eating shit, i feel mentally better, physically better and have loads of energy, always wake up early not being tired, it is absolutely brilliant!

Its no fannying about what so ever. You do it all at home, no travelling to the gym everyday, which for me, is a 30min round trip.

I agree for the long term, it is not the best option. If you are going to be working out for years, you want to be doing a program with big compound moves, and lots of weights, along with some cardio.

If you think the excersizes are an easy way out, i urge you to try the first day, and see how you get on.

I was weight training for over 6months before i tried this. Which, i had pretty much stopped getting doms, and was lifting decent weight. When i did the first day, i couldnt train let alone move for a week. Like most, i was skeptical about how easy it was gonna be. Its really not.

For a decent start into the world of training, i cannot recommend this enough. After completing 90days, you will be the most supple you have ever been. Id then get on the weights etc.

Bit excessive and risks overtraining if the diets not up to scratch(which as a beginner 9 times out of 10 it wont be)

They'll be hungry so they'll eat! They won't even get remotely close to overtraining

3 sessions of that a week and you'll be as strong as an ox

5 x 5 Training imo is an advanced workout routine.

5 x 5 isnt for beginners really, agree its for intermediate/advanced users.

thats more to do with the muscle groups you exercise doing the different training, if you did px90 for 6 month then went and did normal compound training in the gym you would feel knacked the next day.

played 5-a-side from 6-7 did plyometrics from 9-10 legs are sore, but they always are on a Tuesday so no biggie.

going well, the diet is easy to follow as long as you read it all inadvance and plan it well.

hurt my legs at football monday, so thats mde things tougher. yoga today, cant wait :E
