My flat has false walls all round, thin as ... I use the pull up bar on those doorways although I only weigh about 157 lbs.

Yeh Cosmo same as, I've found since doing this diet, I've felt like i've got more energy, my shits smell of roses (almost) and my skin complexion is better imo. My weight is not changing a great deal, but my body shape is imo.

After day one I was stiff as feck but the Plyometrics actually loosened me up a bit. Legs are killing me now though, just started to walk upstairs and the legs weren't having it so I sat back down.

Yeah, that loosening is just to fool you though, tomorrow your arms will be much worse than today, guaranteed.

And dont sit still for too long tomorrow, or you'll find they will seize up and then you'll be fecked!

In a funny way it feels good, at least you know its doing something.

Shoulders, Arms and Ab Ripper tommorrow, how is that one? Ab Ripper is a killer!

That one wasnt too bad, you'll cock up on the first round as you find the best weight for you to manage the amount of reps you do, but note it down and on the second round you can go for it, plus you know for next time then. I found it a pain having to change them for the different types as my biceps are stronger than my triceps, so could handle different weights.

Ab ripper is a killer, especially after all that!

Lol, your biceps are stronger than your triceps? Triceps make up 2/3 of your arm you should be at least twice as strong as your biceps!!!!

Random question...

If I burnt the workouts to individual DVD's would they play in my DVD player connected to the TV? Or do they need to be converted out of MPEG4 format?

Got chest and back converting now. I need to have a run through to figure out the right weight for each exercise.

Maybe a bit late, but for everyone wanting a pullup bar, they're selling the ones like Paul posted for £19 in Asda.

EDIT: They're the Iron Gym ones.

My triceps are weaker than my biceps too at the moment. I definately need to work on them. Just bought another set of dumbells so I've got them set up for different weights, heavy for bicep curls, lighter for triceps etc.

Gonna go for a run today, just miss getting fresh air.

It's true though, are you both not throwing the weight around on the curls using your shoulders and back also, could make you seem stronger

TBH I made the comment knowing I used a lighter weight on one exercise than the other, I actually wasnt sure which was which, ie.e which was the biceps and which was the triceps by the time I got on here to type.

My whole point was that the same weight wasnt good enough for each exercise and it was a real pain in the ass to change for each.

I dropped the ball a tad this weekend, had a big night out... ate bad food, drank loads of alcohol... slipped up on doing one of my work outs.

Gonna do one today (my usual rest day) to try to make up for some of it.

Ive been as good as possible.

Knew I was watching the footie yesterday afternoon so did the workout in the morning, had a few beers at the pub but not that many at all for what I usually would.

I intend to throw a few more cardio in after this next week on days where its mainly upper body workouts.
