Ferguson quoted saying hes after 3 new players

hargreaves is probably one of them , would like Torres or Berbatov as we need a RVN kind of striker not sure of what other position we could be looking at ( maybe left wing )
would like to say bye to Saha as i just feel he isnt a 20 plus goal scorer

Hargreaves a forward and maybe a defender.

Berbatov won't leave Spurs.

I think it's Spurs not letting him leave that'd be the stumbling block.

No, I think Jol is pretty determined to keep hold of him.

It would be a step down for The Berb.

Berb wont go anywhere other than a World XI, and even then thats only equal to what Spurs are!!

Hargreaves will def be one. I'd imagine a defender of some sorts would be one and another forward.

I was thinking about Defoe, would be interesting. Bale has said hes not interested in the past, I wonder what his stance is after the play offs!

I reckon Man U and Liverpool will be fighting it out for at least 1 striker

Hargreaves, Bale and Torres,

I think we'll see richardson, heinze, and possibly saha leave

I hope Richardson goes, he showed real promise last season but has made far too many blunders this year. Shame about Heinze, Evra has pretty much pushed him out, I think hes really good and prefer his style. Saha has had a couple of injuries which has cost him a month or so out, I'm sure he would have scored nearer 15-20 goals.

yeah richardson is just not good enough

heinze is overrated imo, he makes far too many mistakes and is dodgy at times, evra is much more solid

heinze does do some good work but doesnt cover up the mistakes

saha has had his injuries yes, but i read somewhere that he refuses to play unless he's 100% fit, which i think would piss fergie off, and if its true, he's gone, if we get rid of saha though i think we need another 2 strikers,

if bale is bought he'll be loaned back out i think

hargreaves is pretty much certain

micah richards has been mentioned too, but theres so many players that get linked with united i could go on all day

berb wont go.

Following an excellent first season in English football, the Bulgarian striker has been heavily linked with a summer move to newly-crowned champions Manchester United.

Spurs boss Jol revealed last week that he was confident Berbatov was happy at White Hart Lane and that he is under no pressure to sell.

And, after watching Berbatov score his 22nd goal of the campaign against Charlton Athletic on Monday, Jol confirmed further talks had soothed any fresh worries.

"Berbatov is very happy at our club," Jol told Sky Sports 1.

"I had a word with him yesterday and he said he is so happy here.

"The crowd and the supporters are always positive and he said 'what more do I want?'

Heard it all before, if Spurs agree a fee he'll go, Man U are a bigger club challenging for the league and are in the champions league. They can also match and beat any wages Spurs can offer.

Spurs have no ambition, this is evident after the Carrick sale.

Yes exactly that, selling to buy isn't something a big club with ambition does.
