hi i have a new rubber gasket to put on how do i take it all off any 1 can help would be great its a 16v 1.4 engine i have the plastic cover off and thats how fare i got up to

just done mine on my 1.4 16v sport.remove the cover you said about also the inlet manifold that bolts to the cam cover.when lifting the manifold up be carefull not to split the rubber conecting to the throttle body like i did.forgot to mention remove the spark plug leads as well.

do u have to drain the oil out as well or not ok how long does it take to do theres like alan key bolts though to undo do i need a tool for them or not cheers

dont need to drain oil out and yes there like star shape bolts i think,if you dont have one of thoughs sockets try a 8 mm normal socket there not that tight.but i would get the correct socket i they dont nip of.

there a torx socket £1.50 - £3 each a set works out about £15
