most people just bond them in to the seal etc. demon tweeks sell polycarbed ones for around £200 the set

lol at their poly carb set costing £200, ring them up and price them up with sliders both sides and a thermo formed rear window.

jr, they wont move, they are jammed in at the moment, but soon i will run a line of window bond on the top edge to hold them in, so no screws.

i want to rev to silly revs now i have the crank and dry sump, be a shame not to really!

so the rods i bought apperently wont handle those revs, they will rev to 9000 (which is more than enough for 200+bhp) but i need more

pmsl, apperently they cant handle 9k tho, dunno where i heard that, thing is 8500 is pushing standard rods, id be mush happier hitting the limiter with steels wouldnt you lol

yeah, definitely.

and if you're going all out with the rest of the build, you should get the best rods you can.

exactly, imagine if i threw a rod at 10k with the bottom end having a RRP of over 4k so far!

pmsl rj, dont remind me, iv been fortunate so far as in iv spend 2300 on it.... just need pistons and a block then the bottom end is done.
