guys need some help

have just upgraded a windows 2000 server to server 2003, and i'm having problems with the roaming profiles.

the bat files are in place and the user accounts are all setup correct, but hen i log on as a certain user i get ACCESS DENIED to roaming profile.

though i have checked all the security at all levels and it loks fine

am i missing something really obvious? any help would be great?
