right the thing is the car is not responding to the accelerator aswell as it shud do and it jurks alot and if i slow down to 2 gear and keep rollin if i accelrate quite hard it will struggle to pull away!! there is a seriours lack of power sumwhere.
it takes about 3 secs after when u put the throttle down to make it respond and it doesnt even respond that well.
plz guys help me to find out wot could be wrong with it !!!

no it has done it a couple of times since i hav had it! about 8 months and its 1997

check your cat and see if you can get your compression checked. if its intermitent the compression test wont do alot unless the faults there to be fair mate it could be hundreds of things my old car did this sort of thing and it was literally the throttle cable not pulling through properly sounds weird but tightened the cable worked a treat from then on.
