Was about to remove the box wear the I.K. goes when i noticed there was a tube connected to it that leads to the front of the engine, also theres a red wire going from the side of the box towards the back of the engine.

wat'll i do as if i remove that tube it leaves a hole at the front of the engine where it used be connected????

rite on the front of the engine theres a rubber tube which is lumpy..like coil or something but is flexible.
it can be removed.it rums to the black box with the air filter inside it.

if i remove that box to put in the induction kit the tube has to go 2.

also wat ya men block off the red wire with a screw?

that pipe is a vacuum pipe that connects to the back of the Inlet manifold, it opens/closes the warm air feed flap. block it off with something, i took mine off and put a screw in the back of IM.

Is that true about the fuel consumption because I have just left mine open. If I cover the hole will it help it?
Thanks

it controls a little flap in yer airbox.... u have a cone now so no need for it....

put a screw in the end of it and tie it up in a safe place so it doesnt get caught in any of the movign parts of your engine....
