Just been looking at a post down the screen and just wondered what top speed of a 1.4 8v is, running 195/65 R15s and a drilled airbox with panel filter. Am i right in thinking its a MPI aswell, because its a Corsa B SRi? Im getting 195/45s soon, and dropping it 50mm, so will that make any difference to anything other than looks? Plus does 50mm look ok on 15s?
Cheers

manufacturers quoted top speed is 112 mph standard. I had 195/45/15 lowered 60 which looked pretty good

Your wallet must be out too as you only needed one cam.

You only need one cam shaft, if you only had one cam then only one follower would turn etc and you wouldnt move.

Its a good strong engine.....and a REAL 110 is easily possible with these engines.

Its a rapid little motor in the nova anyhow, and i'm sure the corsas top end wont be far off.
