right... velos inlet manifold, unichip, raise rev limiter and uprate internals all in one go thats the cheapest way to get the most outta ya 1.6 corsa unless ya go with TB's then ur talking thousands of pounds but that stuff all 2getha around 1k at the most

Ya want velos tourqe tube inlet manifold, about £250, another £200 to fit it, gain up to 20BHP, then a unichip with raised limit about £500 fitted and mapped on the rollers.

ok so i thrash my car i use millers fully syn oil and it guzzels about 5 litres after 3000 miles of red lining near enough all the time is ther some thing wrong?

Cheapest way to get it to go faster is to put a 2.0 16v in, looking at under £1k if you DIY it...

Well, actually it will fit. You buy the fitting kit from Cossvaux for £400 and the engine and gear box off some friendly scrappy for another £400 odd and put it in your car. Job done.

Or you could put in the 2.0 16v Turbo off of a Calibra or Cav turbo for some real fun.......

dont get power boost valve, save ur money for something that wil actualy do something worth while to ur power output

janspeed exhaust manifold, full system (ur choice), velos tourqe tube, uni chip

should be a nice power bump there

I personally, would always replace the inlet manifold first on this engine before thinking about chips, exhausts, filters...

The mantzel power box is the same sort of thing as the velos torque tube. The mantzel is cast and the velos one fabricated.

the lemaux is the best manifold, loads more low down torque, and no need for a a rev raiser ect.

im from lincoln, why. unsure where else you can get the lemaux from as PVD were one of the only suppliers. try the lemaux website, dont know what the address is
