Well the story goes,
Bought a foucs Rs a week ago everything fine... no problems at all!
My mate done a service on the car yesterday and everything went smooth... no problems what so ever.... then last night while coming home from a mates white smoke started to appear from exhaust.. i didn't think much of it as there wasn't a lot ( thought it was old oil burning off)
I took it easy up a dual carriage way ( 50mph) then decided to push her a wee bit more and took her up 2 80mph at which this point it was fine... until i slowed down there was masses of white smoke cumin out the exhaust!
I have checked the coolant/water and al seems fine... oil seems fine also however the smoke does smell of burning oil... could this be the Turbo is fucked and needs new seals? The smoke only happens while under 2grand, when the engines under stress its fine....
i am new to turbos, and have no idea what could be / is the problem....
any help appreciated...

i have never come accross a focus RS blow a turbo seal and i worked for fords for 4 years.
ask your mate wether he has played a joke on you and put antifrees in the back box.
white smoke means water, blue is oil. take the plugs out and check them see if one is clean compared to the rest. also the only thing i have ever come accross go wrong on the RS is the actuator siezs.
do soemthing for me, take the car on a little run get it warm to the point it starts smoking when you boot it, then find a hill and let the cars engine slow you down, when your near the bottom accelerate hard for a few seconds and get a mate to check out the back window and see what happens.

oil ways on the rs engine are infront of the water ways, check plugs tho as this will tell whats going on inthere. sounds more like the head gasket has gone, as the turbo would be buzzing by now.
