Has anyone done this who can give me some advise?
I want to do a few bits, the tailgate blanking panel, and the roof liner to name a few.
How do you go about doing it, what material is good to use and where do you get it from?
Any other pointers or progress pics woiuld be very helpful.

Top tip for the tailgate backing pannel - replace it with a piece of thin plywood and trim that and re attatch it with velcro
Roof liner is a bit of an arse, you have to coat it over with loads of layers of impact glue to make it a bit stiffer before you can trim it...

If it needs to be harder, i can just apply a layer of fibreglass to the back of it, that will stiffen it up good.
What material is best?

dont have to make it hard first mines not and its fine and thats alcantara!
i did my tailgate panel as above, made a blanking panel from wood and trimmed in alcantara, but i used the original pop in plug things to mount it!

try evo stick contact adhesive, tis a little pricey if your not buyin trade like through a builders merchants but its the stuff to use. the stuff in the can is poor for doing large things like a headlining. mines trimmed in black felt and i aint had no probs.
