Even guesses are normally 99% going to be ture anyway, should have had camera's the last time, touch now has camera's and they've released facetime = it will have camera's.

Screen is more of a guess than fact, iPhone 4 is nearly as high res as the iPad though so if they don't increase the resolution they would be quickly overtaken by all the soon to be released android tabs.
