14.16v kangarooing / cuts out at junctions etc. but for some strange reason it runs ok (slightly intermitent lumpy idle) with the eml on soon as the eml goes out the problems start

any ideas or anyone experienced these sympoms before?

im going to get a diagnostics check soon but id just like to know if any one has an idea

EGR Valve?

Seems to be a pain in the arse issue with most Vaux engines lol - Am having problems with an Astra atm which I've been told is the same part.
