Hi, where and were to I connect the black wire with one pin connector on a c20xe wiring loom?

And also, do I need to cut the relay at the end of the loom, and just wire colour for colour?

I have no 12volts across the coil, any ideas?

black wire goes to an ignition live and no the relay stays
