Is there a way in Windows or a (free) utility I can download that will tell me the type of RAM I have installed in my PC?

I have a Dell Optiplex GX240 which has 256Mb RAM at the moment, but I want to upgrade it to 512Mb, according to the Dell site my PC uses SDRAM DIMMs, but I don't know what speed/ECC or non ECC type of RAM I have installed already (as I obviously want to get the same type of RAM).

Thanks.
