IF its going on 2lt 16v NON Turbo dont bother, will be the worst thing you ever do.
the C20XE will not work well with a F28, 0-60 times will be down as will 1/4 times.
read posts about Pete PVD Corsa he did it and as for as i know hes the only know who has, you will find it dident work aswell as he planned 
as for prices -
£250-300 for Box
£50 for 2WD Kit
£50 tie bar spacers
£120 New clutch kit (F20 one will not work)
£14 gearbox oil
£30 new engine mount
Total = Over £500'ish
plus the pain in the arse in making the gear linkage (total diffeant to a C20XE)
You can get lucky some times, i have had 3 now which have all cost me £150 each, its all about shopping about, and waiting until a good deal comes along 
Worth it on a C20LET but defo not on a C20XE
