Hi all, this morning got into car, seemed like there was some rain in the night. Didn't notice until was half way to work so i havnt had time 2 look at it properly yet. When i wired my amp in recently i had to take off the box cover that houses all the wires going into the car. I was sure i put it back on properly but it looks as if im wrong. Could this be the problem? If so how do i fix it, and i know its not good to mix electrical wires and water, why hasn't anything cut out on me yet? Regards, Chris.

The fuse box cover? Surely wont be coming in there because the bonnet shields it.
A common place to look is behind your rear light access. There is a tube on each side for the drain on your roof rails - if this has come out of place water just gets into your car and runs down into rear footwell.

sounds like its coming through the boot on the bulkhead! did you make a hole in it to put your main amp feed to the battery? if so, grab some silicone and seal it up asap.
