engine management light comes on when i am on the motor way during 65 to 70mph gose off if i slow down, any one know what it could be or how i can get it sorted?

mine did that and when i was going along and my car when like it was stalling i took it and had it looked at and pluged into a computer and thay said that the air idlling valve hjad gone and its been fine since but your best bet is to have it pluged into a computer
