what do peeps suggest, what make? and what prices am i
looking at.
at the mo motor is lowered 40mm, but want it 50 or 60mm.

You just after lowering springs on their own? im wondering whether you are on standard dampers or have uprated them?

she's on 15's and standard dampers, springs on there own i think.

Go no lower than 40mm on standard dampers . If you do then they will be knackered within 2-3 months. Very Very bouncy too.
