this morning a orange light on my dash flashed on then off? it has a zigzag thing going though it? What does it mean etc?

Means trouble.
Something aint right on your car somewhere or another.
Search for paperclip test and read about it.

Your ECU has detected a fault in the car somewhere. Get it checked at a vauxhall dealer. They can read you the fault code.

the oil was major low the otherday so i topped it up, mayb i was to late. Grrrrrr

too much by how much?
putting too much oil in is worse than not putting in any at all.
it prolly wouldnt be the oil tho.

Engine Management light is on then, best get Vauxhall to put it on the diagnostic's machine

lol no oil wont cause the light to come on

as said its the engine management light

same ur self £50 and do the paperclip test and find out ur self, then fix it

If you put too much oil in, you will screw up your sparks big time.
