something feels wrong with my car -

when i start it from cold it normally sprints in to life, but now it turns on and goes to a bout 1200RPM like normal, then it coughs and splutters down to a bout 200RPM and then sorts itself out back to a bout 1000RPM.

also when im driving it feels like it has general lack of power. the revs pull round like normal, but it doesn't feel like it pulls like normal?

also if im cruising at a minimal throttle it occassionally jumps around like a crazed nympho?

i've just changed my plugs, didn't do them up too tight, but not lose either. using Bosch super 4s, same as what just came out.

i don't think it is the sparks tho, it always used to jump about while driving, that's why i changed to plugs. but since i changed them it has suffered from starting problems..

i was thinking the power loss might be my clutch, but it pulls off fine and it picks up speed nicely from low revs.

so it's probably sumin to do with one of those sensor thingys, throttle position, or air flow. But my ECU light neva lights up?

how do i clean em, and where are they

it's a 1.4 16v with 87K it has had a fairly easy life unitl i got my mits on it, but it doesn't get ragged every where, no wheel spins and that ( tyres cost too much! )

cheers for n e help.
