You need a rad with 3 inputs IIRC and a slimline fan as used on the 16v models.

Also a double inlet expansion tank.

tell your mate to get his kit from crossvaux, there shafts come chromed they also offer a life time warrenty, and the full kit for the corsa is 480 from them, but u could get it for 430 if you did with out the power cap and used the ecotec pipe instead, the only engine mount you need to change is the drivers side, and like and-m said use a rad from a 16v model and get a expansion tank with double inlet, also what engine has your mate got in his corsa already?

I think Id prefer to use the ecotec pipe otherwise you have to chop the bulkhead.

no no no no no
the PVD and cossvaux kit make the job alot harder

Shafts - Courtney as u dont need to change hubs are barings as u use corsa outter CV's saving cash on bareings (80 notes as u have to use proper Vauxhall ones) and time as no need to press all new in

Mounts - Lee Mitchel of here sells them cheap aswell, with the anti-roll bar spacers, dont get rear mount spacer just mod the standard corsa mount, then theres no need to extend the gear linkage (which with the PVD/cossvaux tell u to do and u have to extend the linkages which take alot of time and is a shitter to do and make strong)

SFI box - get a Ecotec pipe from Vauxhal and Top Gear Burnly will make u a plate for it to sit on, so no need to cut all the bulk head away for the stupid Powerbox

rad - corsa 16v one has to have 3 inlet/outlet pipes

header tank - has to have 2 inlets 1 outlet

fuel pump - has to be for MPI corsa like 1.4 16v and above (but have been told u can mod any fuel pump to run more presure as j100rsa that one)

throttle cabe - on some u will need to replace this also as the engine end will not work on the C20XE

Fan - i think any fan will work once modded, u have to remove one of the fan legs and make a new one out of a peace of metal to miss the manifold, OR move the fan to the other side of the rad (bumper side) OR get a calibra Air con fan with is small has about 11 fan blades so alot more air being blown and fit that on the bumper side

this all works out cheaper and make the job ALOT easyer and saves loads of time

and questions u2u me

SFi replace ment pipe

Ectotec pipe from vaxhall about 15GBP
plate from Top gear about 25GBP

save about 60notes on the Powercap and no need to cut bulk head

WINNER

about 120 notes and a complete waste of time i belive it also destroys top end torque and gives you 4bhp in return,i'll see when its rolling roaded

and you've gotta cut the bulk head what a joke

i have power steering, i need to spacer the Tie bar down aswell as the antiroll bars to miss the pump (astra, calibra whatever engine)and just plum it in the stardard corsa pipes and bottle (may have to buy or extend the pipes to miss the maifold)
again spacers maybe 10er, or less for a 6 NiLock bolts and washers/spacers to lower the tie bar (which is u read is better for traction and handling)

OR
u can got to PVD/Cossvaux and pay about 100 for a new power steering pump mount, where u still may have to change the pipe to miss hte manifold
