So, heres the two held together. Should i try n smooth them together, or just make as good a job as i can so that they sit perfect???
The top spoiler is the TC4 or something like that. Its fibreglass n quite hefty. Think it would cos bother smoothing both together. Anyone got these two spoilers already???

Your gonna need more than a dressing gown belt to hold it on
If its as hefty as you say it might be better not to blend them together. The banging from the hatch closing will probably cause the filler to eventually crack.

Dun like it much on the old MMV car. Would look better mounted at less of an angle IMO.
But it is different than the normal GSi and Saxo combo.

Well folks, i have a wee bitty problem with it, so your further opinions would be most appreciated.

In order for the two legs on it to sit basically at the back of the spoiler, will require some work done. Havent a clue how i'm going to do it!

or could i get away with having the two legs a couple of inches forward of the rear of the spoiler????

Choice two would look something like this pic except it would be about half the ditance from the back.

If yous think this would look well shitty, please say so and help me get around this problem. Oh and how will i be able to change its angle to around 30 degrees as stated above.

Cheers all

Not my cup of T 'ba but if it floats ur boat batter in! I would blend it and take it easy with shutting the boot, that way there'll be less chance of it cracking and it won't look as stuck on. Perhaps you should get stick your fr arch back on when ur at it! Not a big fan of spoiler on spoiler action, as long as it doesn't end up like those reekers u c down the shore then u'll b ok!

I was awaiting your input miner

I always thot that just the gsi spoiler on its own was best option, dont favour any other spoilers ontop of it, but when i seen the tc4, i thot it would look ok. The picture of it above on the mmv car doesnt show the slopes on it whatsoever, it looks like a ski slope in the photo.

Oh, n Miner, ya cnut, i've got two new front arches for me car. Had them for about 3 months now but i see no point in fitting them when i'm going to have to take em back off to fit me bumpers .......... when i get round to it

Stander spoiler does fit in well with the curves of the corsa. As for the arches I couldn't resist it! Stuarty boy's selling his moter, who'd have thought!

Whys he selling it???
Wulson traded in his red corsa with his bucket seats (except his alloys n cd player) for 600 of a trade in for his astra!

He didnt want to sell it to anyone cos its got a major fuel leak, tracking is well fucked n everything is going wrong with it

So how did you go about it??

Just confused on how both spoilers will get sprayed easily enough aswell as the smoothening part.

mine fits completely different to yours as instead of being on top mine is joined from the end outwards. it's bolted in position, then fibreglassed and filled, then smoothed with an electric sander on the flat parts and by hand on the curves.
it takes a fair bit of time to smooth it in well but the end result is well worth it.

So i take it the spoilers are joined together before any spraying takes place???

Reason is that my spoilers i dont think will have much of a gap between them, so painting under it may cos problems...
