I went from just under 115kg to 80kg by tracking what i ate using an app on my phone.

I constantly ate in the hour window before bed and still lost weight just because i was expending more energy than i was consuming, and we're not talking salads here, we're talking chocolate biscuits and bread.

It is as simple as in vs out over a 24 hour period.

Now I'm on 3000 calories and maintaining 90kg constantly for the last 3-4 months.

Well I suppose a quick update is due. Last Tuesday I stopped my over the top drinking and associated snacking on a night time. As usual after the Xmas period my weight ballooned to 16 stone. So after a week off the drink and snacks I'm now 15 stone 2!

12lb in a week ain't a bad start. It'll be interesting to see how this pans out over the next few days, maybe weeks.

Lost 4 and half stone in 5/6 months.

Eating anytime of the day I was hungry, and having a big variety of foods.
That's how I know eating before bed makes no difference. I must be wrong though; and listen to the Internet instead

Very good start, usually goes quick in first few weeks, but can also go back on very quick too. It's maintaining that's very hard, and takes disipline.
It's amazing what has to be self taught with what's in food and drink, I can see why the country is in trouble with food education. I learnt most of what I did from Nic on here. No, that's not a joke either, learnt more form
His advice than anybody else

I'm led to believe that the rapid initial results you see are primarily from losing your retained water.

Hence it is probably best to weigh yourself 'dry' in the mornings from now on. Weigh at the same time of day or state every time and with same amount of clothes on/off. Take the variables out of it.

I used to weigh myself soon as I get out of bed, whilst being completely naked.

That 'Trust Me I'm A Doctor' programme on BBC was quite interesting - back on tonight IIRC. It was suggesting that men are better exercising on an empty stomach whilst the opposite applies for women, that is if weight loss is the main intention.

Yeah I watched that last week. Also this weeks one about diets which seemed to suggest any diet works if you stick to it. So an hour to explain common sense really.

If you routinely consume to many calories, for arguments sake we'll say 3,000 a day. Your weight is obviously going to be high, lets say 15stone.

Now if you reduced your intake to 2,000 a day, very roughly the recommended for your ideal weight of 10stone. Would you drop over time to 10stone or would you maintain your excess weight?

Or do you have to reduce your calorie intake to less than the amount to maintain your ideal weight until you hit it, then increase it to the 2,000 calories when you're the correct weight?

I don't get what you want, to maintain weight or put it on?

to put it on or maintain have to eat more, or healthy option is protein shake I can recommend matrix nutrition, anabolic to keep weight, all in one to put it on.

to reduce weight to some light excercises, or even jogging 3 times a week.

you can also focus meditation to loose fat.

Havnt you read any of my posts? I am under attack by the illuminati/masonry! they dont let me raise my frequency, any way shape or form, laughin, meditation, sex, medication, exercise running, spiritual healing, burning sage incense, etc, they attack my balls mainly which is like beign kicked there constantly, its a torture method.

I tried meditation last night, they let me for a bit then let me get my hopes up then stop me, bring me down again.

fucked up isn't it?

how many non masons can you find in this world, that know how to spot masons? know the illuminati masonic hand signs, symbols and sayings? know about illuminati, NWO, third eye spirituality and will never become a part of this evil rule?

I'm like the best, lol. honestly, this make me better than any one else. no offense. If illuminati were ever going to be taken down, it would be some one like me that does it.

all of you cant get to me, I'm a bad ass. but a good bad ass, lol.

honestly though, I'm one in a billion literally. your all sell outs, no offence. sold out to the devil and his plans. your souls are in hell, lucky enough 90% of the world we know are masons, so you got others to support you and pretend you havnt done nothing wrong together! no offence. lol

Rome wasn't built in a day mate, if you're slowly losing weight then you're more likely to keep it off

Keep it up man
