Look I know it causes a great deal of excitement and anger when Stephen Williams of the internet purchases a new car, but if we could all control our aspergers for a few more hours that would be fantastic

They are all jealous of you as usual, trying to make you feel bad so they feel better for owning a vectra or similar approved.

How hard is it to go outside and take a couple of pics?

I'm sure you could even do it from behind a window if you can't Bare to face the fresh air and strangers.

It will get book figures if you do 52mph in 6th gear down a hill. apparently there has been a lot of complaints by old biddies driving to the shops and back and expecting a million mpg.

No chance you'll get 60 or whatever mpg though. We were getting low-mid 40's from the focus which had an early version of the 1.0, so not too bad, but not the 55+ they claim.

The other half's parents have one which is doing mid 40's, I think I would be able to get it to 50mpg quite easily though. (Fiesta 1.0 125ps Titanium)

Someone I know with a 1.0 100ps Focus is doing +50mpg and he don't hang about. Journey to work is 90% motorway cruising though.

Still struggling to get 50 to the gallon out of 100bhp? I've just thundered across Northern France at between 85 and 90 on the cruise control and averaged 54 still can't beat a diesel for economy
