Of course it is. How much extra would that lot cost you if you were to buy it yourself?
Its like a typical CS wishlist. Don't buy into something because of the fancy component names imo. End of the day its just stiff suspension and over specced brakes. Day to day you won't really care until you hit a pothole with your 18inch show car alloys.

Diff makes it a different car IMO. Had a Burg edition (old shape) as a company demo, the diff made it a b-road weapon. Lacked a bit of speed but was lovely to drive regardless. Just factor in the cost to replace the brembo parts but I assume you would do that yourself should the need arise?

Are the standard brakes four pot?
If you're comparing single slider wank to four pots I'd be all over that at 20 quid pm.
LSD also probably a worthwhile upgrade for the power.

Standard brakes are Sliding calipers, 308mm discs.

By and large it doesn't really matter what it is, it's still going to be worth peanuts after 5 years with 75k (basing it on Steve's yearly average of 15k pa) on the clocks. Saying that, having a look on Autotrader seems to suggest that it'd be worth roughly £6k so it's probably on par with leasing anyway.

Behave, e39s can be had for 5 grand, what makes you think e60s are going to hold value so well, there still on the drop now, seen them as cheap as 12k, they don't depreciate as fast as a lot of other cars I'll gove you that, but what you planning on spending 16k ish for a good one? And you think in 5 years time it'll be worth 16k? No chance.
