Nissan. Renault. Dacia. With our consult/Clip systems.
Snap on will do some certain makes as static service regens.

But I'm pretty sure all makes and models can be regened static using the proper dealer software.

I actually really like the look of this but I would definitely remove the front plate in favour of a white one.

Another point worth mentioning is keep a eye on the oil level if its not regening properly. Have seen a fee diesels down the years run away with themselves as diesel goes into the oil and puts the level up.

Had a guy at work not to long ago try to force regen a meriva and it ran away with itself as the level was high, he was just about in tears as he couldnt get it to turn back off lol. I had to run out and put it in 5th gear and stall it to get it to switch off. Scary experience for him lol

I've got a few of the BMW softwares. There's hundreds out there thought.
I mainly use INPA for the general code reading and stuff like that. It's a good programme

According to the I drive the oil levels full, according to the dipstick it's half way, Iv not topped it up I don't want it bang on full as long as it has oil in I don't mind lol.

Is inpa good mate? See a lot of people on about it on BMW forums.

Doesnt need to be bang on maximum.
Why people set there oil to the maximum level I don't know.
Maximum means exactly that. It's the maximum you should be putting in. Not the required amount.
INPA is good. It's cheap as chips too. Usually get it in a package with NCS expert for coding.
It's worth having just to have a play around with really.

I do indeed, if I'm ever down your ways of course I'll do it all though I don't plan on travelling down south any time soon haha.

Might get this inpa then to have a play around especially if it's cheap

Good lad lol.

Yeah it's handy, resetting airbag lights and fault code clearing takes seconds. Live data is really easy to read also. Recommend it.

Black handles make it look like a poverty spec model.

Other than that it looks great.

Sound kev!

The black handles are painted rather than dipped, it's been done like that so they don't scratch and chip dead easily as the dip is more prone to chipping and scratching than paint.

Iv never though about it like that untill you said! Lol although I'm sure even the povo spec models have colour coded handles.

Didn't know dip was prone to chipping. Guess you'd risk it starting to peel, if it gets damaged?

Bet you could get away with dipping the handles themselves and just leaving the recess black. That's the bit in biggest risk of being scratched.

Do like it, though. Absolutely love this shape 5-series. Doesn't look nearly its age and very far from dated, imo.

It's not prone to chipping in the way of it being an issue with the product but what I meant was its not as hard as paint with laquer on as you can obviously polish paint etc as it hardens and the dip doesn't harden it stays rubberised in a form.

The handles obviously get the most abuse from constantly being grabbed and scratched with rings and keys which is why they have been painted black I also thing it ties in nicely with the other bits too, the way my missus treats my cars and also having a young baby I don't have much hope of it staying nice for long anyway haha.

That's the reason I got it mate wanted something I could keep for a while and would still look good, I still think e46s look good now!! And I much prefer the e60 to the more recent shape.

Purchased some wind deflectors so I don't blow the cherry off my joints while I'm driving.

Also purchased a private plate which I plan to space illegally to look cool.

Wind deflectors appear to be making a comeback.

Had them on my focus st. Some retard tried to steal one and ended up snapping the passenger side deflector. Pillock.

Unsure how they ever thought they were going to remove it with my window up

I wasn't going to put them on this car but I thought for the sake of £25 coz there tinted they make the Windows look a tad darker and change the sort of shape of the Windows from a side on view.
