It's either him or Ian and I know you wouldn't speak that way about the boss. He'd open up a can you of whoop ass on you.

Will do 50:50 in standard guise but normally 60:40 unless pushing very hard.

Tbh I have no issues with haldex in my s3 hence being in the process of fitting it to my mk2

I've never driven one in anger so I can't comment really, I just wanted to see if there were other reasons for it stepping out. Namely shit tyres and probably how its driven.

Can't see it would be designed to dump a load of power backwards, no secret that's a terrible idea.

Did fancy a TT next TBH, then my knowledge will be based on a few more laps not just in a Puma so be happy about that.

I am genuinely curious whether it'll spin me off through no fault of my own. Had a few moments over the years but I don't normally blame the cars.

With the traction control on once things get a little sideways the accelerometers under the dash sense it and throw the power forward and also dumps the boost. It induces lift of oversteer.
Best thing you can do is dump he standard controller.

When you're a little sideways it makes you more sideways?

Yup trying to save you it tries to kill you at slow speeds it's fine, but once you up the speed that's when you get the problem, tbh I've removed the vacuum chamber setup on mine so it can't dump the boost/cut the power on me

You know the S3/R32/TT all share the same running gear and stuff right? If anything my TT has always felt more planted than my S3's ever did.

Are you sure your Haldex even worked? Not uncommon for them to be broken....
