Well im actually trying to lose/continue losing weight for a bit - whilst building muscle

Im shit at diets and staying on it so to speak... One fat day turns into a fat week for me - 2 weeks could fuck me for months - hense id like to keep my diet as good as possible and still train (i enjoy this)

The heat makes me eat more tbh. The amount of chicken and lamb kebabs I had in Turkey was unreal. Also burgers. Had double portions of burgers at lunch. It was 45 celcius every day, so pretty Damn hot.

Juicing up or not. You can lose that much weight just a easy. I eat about 4-5000 cals a day and 400-500 grams of protein,I went on holiday and had at the most 2000 with not a great protein amount too. That's how it all went.

You need more protein while cutting,

I'm making the assumption he's not cutting though (mentioned 5k calories) in which case eating 500g of protein is idiotic

You don't need more than a gram of protein per pound of body weight when you are bulking actually.

Even if he was cutting from 200ibs 300g would be at the top end of his requirements, please go back to reading magazines who give out sickening bro-science to sell you supplements faggot.
