There is lots of topics about every bike falling apart ie lappieres snapping yt capras breaking in the mech hanger treks carbon bb shell warping most frames these days are all made in the same factorys in taiwan so that argument doesn't really stand. And saying 27.5 is to big not a chance proven to be alot faster than 26" in most disciplines of mtb bar xc

All wc downhill world enduro series riders that use them they absord bumps better they roll quicker once at speed they are easier to keep at speed just like a 29er is quicker in a straight line than a 26" you probably find it awkward because you are not used to it you do have to adjust your riding style to suit them but once you do that they are really good

29" I tried and couldn't get on with, felt like I was going to hit my knees on the wheel when turning!

I've not long changed from 26" to 29" and at first though I had made a massive mistake, I was undoubtedly quicker over nice level trails however just didn't feel as composed on any kind of technical descents. However bearing in mind how much I had just spent I have perservered and with some very minor adaptations to my riding style I can safely say that I am now far quicker over the same terrain that I used to be with the old bike. Can still feel a little loose on the downhills so I can only imagine a 27.5 would be the best of both worlds.

Bought a new road bike today. Accidentally spent a bit more than originally planned. Looks sexy though

seems most people are afraid to say that and instead prefer to buy what they feel will be more acceptable around other weekend strava warriors with all the tackle.

a lot of pro riders are going back to hard tails. full suspension bikes are for people who cant ride properly imho.

I've got some 510's bit to grippy tbh. If you misplace your foot you have to literally lift your foot completely off and back on. This can be a right fucking pain if you're nailing it through some rough shit.
