Went out and a back brake pad fell out. Had to just do a road ride until my mates were finished ffs. Getting proper disheartened with biking lately.

This is where we're staying, it's my second visit here and can't recommend it enough ! The guy that runs it is lovely and took us all on some mad off piste downhill sections of the forest last time I was there !

Place is loaded with menu's for local places... We had a Pizza Hut delivery while we were in the hot tub lol. Tesco is only 10 or so away

Second time we've been over in the past month and really enjoyed it both times, done the Blue as a warm up then the Altura which I found some of the climbs bloody hard going today, partly due to the conditions but mainly due to my weight and lack of fitness!
